A few interesting recipes I remember my mom making but there are issues. First issue, no clickable table of contents so if you have to click through the whole ebook to find the recipe you want. This is a gripe of mine with a lot of e-cookbooks. It makes them nearly impossible to use,certainly frustrating to use. Now add the fact that the recipes themselves are not formatted like recipes, (IE ingredients list and then step by step directions), instead they appear as a plain paragraph so you have to read the whole recipe to compile a list of ingredients to gather to make the recipe.... argh!!! Hard to read, difficult to navigate and too much trouble to use. I removed it from my kindle.

nothing really outstanding, i did not find anything of great interest some i thought were a little odd. the icebox pickles might be worth a try.
